Riston Barn

Riston Barn is a converted barn in Stainforth, within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You arrive at a ten-step entrance into the kitchen on the ground floor, which has an electric oven, hob, and combi microwave. Upstairs are the living and dining space with a 32-inch TV, the bedroom with its four-poster double bed, and the ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Oil-fired heating keeps things warm; wi-fi, bed linen and towels are provided.

The property suits couples wanting a weekend away, or walkers and cyclists who plan to head out from the door into the Dales. A pub sits within a mile. The sitting-out area has garden furniture, and there's bike storage and private parking for one car. The owner can arrange laundry locally if needed, and a travel cot is available. No smoking indoors.
