Scalebar is a converted mill dating to the 1700s, when it operated as a cotton mill. The building retains period character alongside modern comfort. The property is detached, with private parking on site and accommodation for one pet.

Inside, everything is on the ground floor. A single open-plan space combines living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a kingsize bed, while bedroom 3 has two single beds, accommodating six guests overall. There is one shower room. An electric woodburner heats the space, and wifi is provided throughout. Bed linen and towels are included.

Settle is a market town with traditional shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The surrounding countryside offers walking routes within reach. The property does not permit smoking.
