Sea View Cottages- North Sea Views

From the clifftop at Knipe Point, just south of Scarborough, the North Sea stretches out along the Yorkshire coastline towards Flamborough Head. This is where Sea View Cottages sits—a peaceful spot in a cul-de-sac where the views dominate. The cottage is ground-floor throughout, arranged around a living and dining space with glass doors opening onto a patio. From inside or out, the seascape fills the frame. A short set of steps leads down to the beach; the Cleveland Way passes nearby for walks inland into the North Yorkshire Moors or along the coast.

Inside are two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts. The living area has sofas, a smart TV, and books left by previous guests. Essentials like bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. Outside, an enclosed lawn with patio furniture and a second garden area give you space to sit with a view. There is parking for one car on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
