Pedro made our experience smooth by giving us a call ahead of time to see if we would like sofa bed made ahead of time and he also ensured that our check out service is hassle free. Monica was keen to help us to check in and helped us to store our bags securely until our room was ready. Overall a good expensive although I would have appreciated that the website would indicate the hotel does NOT have an A/C as I presumed that it would have A/C available in the rooms just like majority other hotels.

The hotel doesn't have AC . We had to keep the window open all night because of the warmth. The problem was the noise from the night club next to hotel . The earplugs didn't help and we asked to be moved to a different room where is less noisy and the stuff wasn't helpful at all. We had terrible sleep . If you want to book your room over the weekend , think twice.

Stayed here 3 nights for a music event. We booked late and got a double on the 4th floor for £150 for 3 nights. Bargain! I loved our room. 1960s mid century scandi vibes. Not to everyone's liking but I loved it. Shower nice and roomy and plenty of power on the shower. 4th floor is top floor, and 410 faces out the back, over the flat roof of the cinema, so was very quiet, although I thought I heard the distance thump of music but not so as to keep you awake. And I notice that kinda stuff. Close to the city centre and to The Roadmender venue. Lots of our friends stayed here in twin or double rooms and were happy too. Rooms were clean and spacious and hairdryer was provided.

Perfect location for train travellers, literally 5 min walk from the station. Get up 10 min before departure and you’ll still be able to catch the train. There’s a lovely little park next to it(in the video). Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Only concern might be the fire alarm tests but only on Fridays, not too early and they are all very short
