Lindisfarne View is an upside-down house where the living spaces occupy the first floor, taking full advantage of views across to Lindisfarne and Holy Island. Downstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms provide sleeping room for six people. One bedroom has an en-suite; the other double and the twin bunk room share a shower room with a large walk-in cubicle. The ground floor also handles the practical side—a utility area with washer-dryer, kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine, and a dining and living space with Smart TV and breakfast bar. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and dogs stay free.
Seahouses sits on the Northumberland coast where the beach is a short walk away. The Black Swan Inn is nearby for an evening out without cooking. Budle Bay, a bird sanctuary with exposed mud flats at low tide, lies just a couple of miles north; the wider area is part of Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve and draws birdwatchers, especially in winter. In summer, the bay's shallow waters are popular for water sports including kite surfing. Bamburgh and the wider villages along this stretch have restaurants, golf, and the usual seaside amenities. The house has private parking for two cars and welcomes one pet at no extra cost.

This is our 4th year staying here. Always clean and comfortable. As others have said, amazing views but also close to great walks and situated well for a drive to many other landmarks. Very dog-friendly too!
