Sweethope Croft 2

Sweethope Croft 2 is a single-storey stone cottage positioned on the southern edge of Sweethope Lough, on the exclusive Ray Estate in Northumberland. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with a wood-burning stove, separate dining area, and kitchen equipped for cooking and doing laundry. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with bunks—and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electricity is included. One pet is welcome.

The cottage sits in open countryside surrounded by woodland, with an enclosed garden and sitting area. There is private parking for two cars. The lough itself is known for trout fishing and boating; these activities happen within metres of the property, which means the immediate area can be busy during summer. The setting is rural and quiet otherwise, but not isolated—amenities are within reach, and there is plenty of space for walking the surrounding land.
