The Lodge at Slaley Park

The Lodge at Slaley Park is a three-storey house arranged across a lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor. The layout spreads five bedrooms and three bathrooms throughout: a 6ft super kingsize with ensuite on the ground floor, a 5ft kingsize ensuite on the lower ground floor, a 4ft 6in double also on the lower ground floor, another 4ft 6in double on the ground floor, and two 3ft singles sharing the lower ground floor. The ground floor holds a separate family bathroom too. Upstairs, the first floor contains the main living space with a wood-burning stove and patio doors opening onto decked terrace, plus the kitchen and dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances for self-catering.

Outside, a private hot tub seats six, and the enclosed rear garden has a barbecue, furniture and space to sit. The grounds sit within the Slaley Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa Resort grounds south of Hexham, surrounded by woodland and farmland. The Tyne Valley location offers views toward the Cheviots and North Pennines. Parking is available for four or five cars. The essentials are included: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. No smoking inside the house.
