It's alright and fun at the start. Slides were nice. Better for younger kids and with friends though, It's only really worth an hour of your time Staff generally don't communicate too much, they just... stand there. They don't check wristbands. And the safety features can be missed in some cases as the "instructional video" is on one or two small TV screens next to one of the entrances and a board. Drinks are expensive. More expensive than in the shops but what do you expect. The place is also quite small and the areas can get repetitive easily because there isn't much to do. Wear long clothes or you WILL get friction burns like I did. 2/3 of the soft play area were closed or inaccessible. It was my first time, and it was okay. But I lwon't be returning as I don't think its worth it right now. But I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, AKA 3 stars.

On a day visit to Nottingham we were looking for something to do with three energetic boys aged 18months, 4 and 12. Called planet bounce and was told we could just turn up without pre booking. And we are so glad we went, not overly expensive and well worth it. Great space. Fantastic obstacles with something to do for all ages. All areas were clean and tidy. Will definitely travel over again for a visit as all the boys had a blast as did us parents

We hosted a large kids social here and each and every child loved it. The team were so friendly, accommodating and nothing an issue, especially Daryl in particular, the GM. So easy and smooth, and a really clean and safe environment.
