Booked hotel for weekend stay, spur of the moment. Due to family emergency I had to cancel the trip which was with 24 hrs of booking. Asked for a refund and explained the situation or rebook to different date. They kept my money and explained no refund will be issued. Poor customer service and policy decision. They would have made more money changing or cancelling my booking to allow me to rebook. But instead they decided to take the quick money. I will never use this hotel or sister companies in future. Book at your own risk....

We had a 3 night stay here, our room faced the sea, a lovely view. The room was very comfortable and warm, plenty of storage and a good size bathroom with a bath and shower. The bar had a good selection of wines, spirits and beers. There was a buffet breakfast which was very good, one morning we needed to leave early so a packed meal was made for us. We had dinner in the restaurant each evening 2 from the menu and one buffet all were tasty and filling. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Writing I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked and paid online for a family room located at the back of the hotel, but on arrival we were given Room 28 in the attic on the second floor instead. I still have not received any explanation as to why the room I had booked and paid for was not provided. The room we were given was well below the standard I expected. It had a strong damp, musty smell, the wooden floor creaked loudly with every step, and even the double bed squeaked constantly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom sink was also extremely small and impractical, making it difficult to wash our hands comfortably. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were polite and friendly. However, I paid for one type of accommodation and was given a completely different room of a much lower standard. I do not believe this was acceptable, and I would appreciate an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the difference between the room I booked and the one that was actually provided.

Room had a great sea view but it was tiny and the bed was very small. The main issue was the lighting for the hotel signage was pointing directly at the window. This was on all night and was not great for sleeping. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and was good enough.
