What visitors say
It was ok. Could be a lot better if in a place full of kids and parties there was more than three member of staff. Spent too long just waiting to get the kids water or food. When we did get the food, we were at a party it was dry and not worth the wait. Need to do better.

Been here previously and enjoyed the bowling! However this is not actually my full reasoning for this review. Today I've been having a horrible day (understatement). I went down to the local coffee shop to get a drink as some form of pick me up. The gentleman in front of me without my knowledge very kindly paid for me! Really hope he sees this and knows how much of a difference in my day this made. I overheard him mentioning to the server that he works at the Hollywood bowl. I can only assume the service there must be amazing with this wonderful guy working for you! Service doesn't stop at the front door and this incredible human proves that! From the bottom of my heart, thank you 💕

3 of us went here during the Xmas holidays. Waited 10 mins to check in due to the chronic shortage of staff. Once seen quickly set up and told which lane we had. The lane we had was a VIP one, not really sure there was much difference. Before we started ordered drinks and food, app said 30 min wait. Ended up being a 45 min wait, again more staff would be the solution here. Bowling was good, all worked etc. Wouldn't rush back

First off we waited at the counter for ten minutes for a member of staff to serve us. Then the vip lanes was not as advertised. The floor on the vip booth and lane was sticky and the chairs are broken. Lane 12. The balls are chipped and can hear them jumping as the went down the lane. Male member of staff kept taking balls away and over filling the balls during our game. He had nothing to do just trying to look busy and kept interrupting our game. Then it was getting close to shutting time and he said quite abruptly we are closed and I stated my family are play pool once they have finished there game we have paid for we will go. Then my son needed the toilet so on the walk over to the toilet he was stood there staring at me shacking his head. All in all a horrible experience waste of money going vip and with rude staff if you can find one before closing time. Do better!
