Only a 20 minute drive to Keswick, this is provides a quiet place to base, and explore the Lakes. There are a number of beautiful walks that start from the door step as well. Rooms are cosy, lot of though gone into how the rooms are serviced. Always receives a warm welcome.

There was nothing to fault about this trip. It was flawless. The pod was immaculate. The host was very friendly and makes the best Victoria Sponge cakes. The pod is on a farm and we loved feeding the chickens and watching the sheep. The location is stunning. I've been lucky in my life to have gone on some amazing but expensive holidays abroad. This cozy little pod was one of my favourite holidays of all time.

What an amazing time for my two boys (10 & 11) and I. Our car got a flat on the way up in the middle of nowhere, a quick call and Joanne came down to get us. We stayed at the farm without a way to leave and had just the best time. JoAnne fed us and made sure we were all set. The sheep dogs, chickens, sheep and the farm in general was amazing. My boys spent 3 weeks in the UK and this part of the trip is always what they talk about and say was the best part.
