The School is set over three floors and consists of a kitchen with an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a lower-ground-floor utility with a washing machine, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove and a TV, a lower ground-floor kitchen/diner with an electric oven, electric hob and a lower ground-floor sitting room with a TV. There is oil central heating and underfloor heating. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite bathrooms, lower-ground-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, lower-ground-floor twin with en-suite shower room, and ground-floor twin, serviced by a lower-ground-floor shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with terrace, seating, private driveway parking for four cars, and bike storage.
