The kitchen is built for cooking at volume, with a gas range, separate electric oven, two dishwashers and double refrigeration. Both sitting areas have Freeview, and wifi runs throughout. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs for the fires come as standard. The grounds contain a patio, sitting area and barbecue, with fly fishing available on the property itself. There is parking for five cars on site, and a bike store. The grounds include steps and an unfenced river, which matters if you are bringing young children.

This works for large groups—extended families, friends gathering for a week, or organisations needing self-catering space. The property is accessed by a rough track and draws water from a borehole. No smoking inside. One dog is welcome.
