Wee Ben is a ground-floor cottage in Blair Atholl, at the edge of Perthshire's Cairngorms National Park. Everything is on one level—three steps to the entrance, then a single open-plan space with living area, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second has two singles. A lawned garden with decking and seating looks out towards the surrounding hills. One dog stays with no extra charge; the garden is enclosed.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge-freezer. The living area has a smart TV and an electric woodburner for cold evenings. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store. A travel cot and highchair are available to request.
Blair Atholl itself has a working watermill with a café, and Blair Castle is within the village. Pitlochry—about 10 miles away—has the Festival Theatre and Enchanted Forest. Woodland walks around Killiecrankie and Glen Tilt are close by, along with mountain biking, rafting, climbing and fishing across the wider area. Loch Faskally is nearby for water sports. The cottage suits families, walkers, cyclists and anyone wanting a base to explore the eastern Cairngorms without fuss.

It’s the best place for a week of rest away from the rest of the world! Situated close enough to the A9 that it’s easy to get to, but far enough that you feel away from it all - it’s the perfect hideaway! Compact yet with everything you need and a balcony and secluded garden, it can be used as a base to explore the highlands but also is comfy and lovely enough to sit in and enjoy the views of the mountains!

Beautiful place to stay, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable, great garden for dogs and the owners are superb. Highly recommended, we loved it so much that we have booked to return at the same time next year.

Very clean and extremely comfortable chalet. Alistair and Janet are very nice owners. They will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Great for our dogs as the garden is fully enclosed. We will be back..soon I hope!

Perfect stay. Absolutely no complaints. Clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a delightful welcome from the hosts in a beautiful location. There are lot of nice little added touches, like free teas and coffees and access to freeview and streaming services throught the telly. The beds are also extremely comfy. A must stay.
