Apartment Three Ocean Retreat is a ground-floor property in Plymouth where you arrive into a single open-plan space combining living, dining and kitchen areas with large windows and natural light. The layout keeps everything on one level: three bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite, one with a double, one with two singles), two further bathrooms, and a practical kitchen where you can cook proper meals. All bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are covered, along with parking for two cars on site. One dog stays free of charge.
The apartment works well for families or groups wanting a base to explore Plymouth itself—the city centre, waterfront and shops are accessible without much fuss—or to venture further. Dartmoor and the Cornish coast are within reach for day trips. The immediate area has green space nearby and a generally quiet character, though you're close enough to Plymouth's restaurants, cafés and cultural venues to make an evening out straightforward. Smoking is not permitted inside.

We had a lovely break at this property over New Year! It was comfortable, warm, clean and decorated to a high standard - we very much appreciated the Christmas tree and New Year balloon! There is plenty of room for five adults - particularly as there are three bathrooms! The owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. The parking spot in the courtyard is very useful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Plymouth.

My wife and I stayed at Apartment 1, 175 Outland Rd while dealing with a family crisis. The apartment was a perfect place to relax and recharge in - immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, cleverly and thoughtfully arranged and with a really nice ambience. The whole experience of dealing with this company was superb from start to finish - really clear and prompt communication, a simple and faultless check in process and two very warm and personable owners in Jude and Geoff who bent over backwards to be helpful. They’re lovely people who clearly really care about every aspect of their customer’s experience and it shows. We would recommend Ocean City Retreats unreservedly. Best accommodation we’ve found anywhere in the UK.
