Apartment Two Ocean Retreat suits families, couples and groups of up to four needing their own space in the city. Two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—and a single bathroom mean you're not negotiating mornings. The open-plan living area has a dining counter for shared meals, and the kitchen handles everyday cooking with an electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all covered; there's a welcome pack on arrival.
The apartment occupies the first floor of a small building close to Central Park, giving straightforward access to green space and the city centre beyond. You get private parking for two cars on site, and one well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The location works for exploring Plymouth's shops and cafés, or heading out along the coastal paths; when you've had enough, you return to a quiet base to recharge. No smoking inside.

We had a lovely break at this property over New Year! It was comfortable, warm, clean and decorated to a high standard - we very much appreciated the Christmas tree and New Year balloon! There is plenty of room for five adults - particularly as there are three bathrooms! The owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. The parking spot in the courtyard is very useful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Plymouth.

My wife and I stayed at Apartment 1, 175 Outland Rd while dealing with a family crisis. The apartment was a perfect place to relax and recharge in - immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, cleverly and thoughtfully arranged and with a really nice ambience. The whole experience of dealing with this company was superb from start to finish - really clear and prompt communication, a simple and faultless check in process and two very warm and personable owners in Jude and Geoff who bent over backwards to be helpful. They’re lovely people who clearly really care about every aspect of their customer’s experience and it shows. We would recommend Ocean City Retreats unreservedly. Best accommodation we’ve found anywhere in the UK.
