What visitors say
Abit late writing a review totally forgot but i wanted to comment on how amazing playzone swansea is. Parking outside well theres loads. We went in and the front desck area is very secure with full size metal gates opperating on going in and out so there is no way the kids are running out without you knowing. Not long aftet arriving 2 teenagers started to play up and the staff defused the situation in seconds and the teenagers were removed without fuss and it didnt effect our visit one bit. My child is adhd/asd and finds it very hard in most play places but the staff were fab. My daughter thought it was great to be able to use and order her own food and even after her 30th time of going up they still served her with a smile and had alot of time for her. the place was spotlessly clean. the toilets were spotless aswell. we were given an extended half hour aswell for my daughter to play because the first half hour she struggled to settle there which i thought was above amd beyond because most places wouldnt have cared and i end up paying fpr her to sit next to me whilst i calm her. my daughter cant wait to return. i should mention pricing, pricing is very reasonable cheaper than most places and it way bigger than everywhere else. the food there is lovely ok its not a big meal place but they do fantastic food for a lunch size meal.

My todler absolutely loves this soft play. Have recently moved to the area, and was so happy finding this only 12 miles from our house. The facilities are great, from the big slide to the ball pit to the new candy floss machine! Lucy has been amazing too. Goes above & beyond and always ensures the children under her care are safeguarded well.

A large play area 5Star for this. Things that let it down.. Far too busy, it is hard to keep track of your child and also for staff to man the play areas making sure rules are adhered to. The tables were very dirty, this is also because it is far too busy I feel. Its quite expensive for such a low quality experience. Especially as the toddler area is so small and a lot of older children rush in amd out of there making it not very safe for the younger children. Drinks are also quite expensive for low quality £10 for 2 waters and 2 hot chocolates. I wouldnt mind if the hot chocolate was nice but the water used was very metallic tasting and it was also very sweet, like sugar.. not a chocolate taste at all. Personally wouldn't come back, Area 51 in Neath is a bit better. The best being mumbos in cardiff.

Great place for kids to let off steam. Very loud as you'd expect with lots of high-energy children racing about. Loud cheesy music on tap. Little one age 4 loved it. Lots to do. Good value for money. 3 adults and one child under 5 cost just under £10! Food was poor and limited choice, it was hot though - the usual children's fayre for these sort of places, not much choice for a healthy option, tables were very close together so the aisles were narrow. Do expect to be knocked as people go past. Dirty toilets! Top tip, book your slot online for as early as possible. It fills up here very quickly.
