About Inn In The Park
Step into one of the five rooms at Inn In The Park and you'll find things kept simple and comfortable, with clean, well-cared-for spaces and air conditioning to keep things pleasant whatever the season. It's a small, personal set-up rather than a sprawling hotel, which suits guests after somewhere straightforward to rest their head in Poole, Dorset.
Downstairs, the restaurant and bar are the heart of the place, with a menu that runs to hearty Sunday roasts, fresh mussels and a decent spread of vegan choices. Breakfast is included, there's a snack bar for something lighter, and the garden gives guests a spot to sit outside. Staff are attentive and the atmosphere is friendly, and practical extras like 24 hour reception, laundry service and luggage storage make it easy for guests coming and going. The property also hosts weddings, so it doubles as a venue as well as a place to stay.
Free on-site parking is a genuine convenience given the location, and Branksome is under two miles away, with the New Forest National Park also within easy reach for anyone wanting a day outdoors. It's a good base for exploring the area without fuss, built around solid food, tidy rooms and helpful service.

What guests say
Popped in for a quick one on an early Saturday evening while staying in a nearby holiday rental. Very welcoming and accommodating of my disability trike which they let me park inside. They had pleasant live music playing and a barbecue. Seems to be a successful mix of friendly local and good value hotel accommodation in an upmarket part of Poole well located for beach.

We staying two nights as we were attending a wedding at Branksome Dene. Great location for that as only 7min walking distance. We found the staff and owners very friendly and helpful. Also able to park our vehicle as parking in the area is challenging especially at a Bank Holiday Weekend. The room was very well equipped with everything you need. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet at night. Breakfast. Plenty of variety on the menu. Jazz band on Monday night was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this place to stay. Also. Book direct with Inn in the park for a better deal. Rather than through an agent. Thank you.
