Sunny Cottage is a detached property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping four people. Both bedrooms have ensuite showers—one with a king bed, the other with two singles—and the entire layout sits on a single floor, which means no stairs to manage with luggage or young children. The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and a front garden with patio seating.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas into one room, with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge for cooking, plus a woodburner for cooler evenings. There is a television and DVD player. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen overlooks the garden, so you can watch the countryside while preparing meals.

The cottage sits between Brecon and Hay-on-Wye, five miles from the latter. Hay is known for its bookshops, literary festival, galleries and independent shops, as well as traditional markets and restaurants; Brecon itself has its own high street, paths and local attractions. The Brecon Beacons National Park is within reach. No smoking inside the property.
