What visitors say

Nice and clean, with plenty of parking, there's a second entrance to the car park off Navigation Way, so there are always enough spaces, including disabled bays. We watched a Japanese animation film, and the sound was too loud for my liking. That aside, the whole process, from booking to watching the movie, was easy and quick. The entrance is near the burger king drive through and you might have to queue up if it's a busy time. Good choice as an indoor entertainment especially when the weather is bad outside

I visited this cinema on bank holiday Monday to watch "Michael". I've been to ODEON an array of times in the past, and its always looked the same. From some research it's not had a refurb in over a decade (2014) compared to Vue, which is down the road, there is the clear better cinema (Vue). The food prices are expensive at every cinema so I have nothing much to say about that. The lobby area has looked the same for as long as I can remember aside from a few extra TV's on the walls and is mostly clean inside. The seat quality is not great to say the least, however for a cheap price of £4.50 - £5.50 I can't complain too much but it could definitely be better, for the back and neck too. The screen quality was fine, at least in the auditorium I was in, however the lights in the room never fully turn off. Tickets are easy to book online, and quickly to check in with a QR scan on your phone. Would I visit this cinema again? Yes, only for the cheap seat prices and because its closer to home, not because its comfortable. Could it use refurbishment? Most definitely, yes it could.

I popped into Costa coffee in the Odeon. With my 2 dogs in there pram today. It's the second time I've been and I must say the staff seem lovely. The lady that does tickets I asked her a few things as its a long long time since I went to the cinema. She was so nice and helpful. She also said that they allow Assistant dogs in to watch a film with owner to. How good is that.

Not the best . Big bot on the movie screen and the screen is little bit teared on the top. Seats very low laity like a local bus. Don’t recommend to anyone . Toilets there is no water as well. Poorly maintained.
