Trivelles Park Hotel

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My experience at Trivelles Park Hotel was the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The room was INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND BUGS, had visible MOULD, and a FOUL, PUTRID SMELL that made it completely UNINHABITABLE. I LEFT IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENTERING THE ROOM AND DID NOT STAY FOR EVEN A MINUTE because the conditions were so disgusting and unsafe. On top of that, the SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER AND STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. They refused to speak to me properly, refused to issue a refund, and were EXTREMELY RUDE. They laughed in my face when I complained and showed ZERO PROFESSIONALISM OR RESPECT. I called them over 30 TIMES and was either ignored, cut off, or dismissed every time. THIS HOTEL IS UNHYGIENIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. DO NOT BOOK HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were modern. Bathroom clean. Beds comfortable. Cobwebs in the corners of room. Food from previous guest was left in cupboards. Floor not hoovered. Surfaces dusty. Bathroom door had clearly been punched as a big hole in it. Shower had one temperature, extremely hot and couldnt be changed, only turned on and off. Tissues and wrappers were tucked behind bedside tables. Overall, what we needed was a bed for the night and thats what we got. Cheap for a reason. Won't be staying here again.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked this hotel after a night shift because I urgently needed a few hours of rest before my next shift, but the entire experience was misleading and highly unprofessional. I repeatedly called before and after booking regarding early check-in and was constantly given conflicting information. First, I was told my booking could not be found. Then I was told a room would be ready in 5 minutes, only to be called back shortly after and told to wait until 1 p.m. after I had already turned back and missed my transport. The communication was dishonest, confusing, and completely unreliable. In the end, i had to leave without getting the rest I urgently needed. I would strongly advise people to avoid booking this hotel. The matter has also been formally reported.

The front desk receptionist is extremely welcoming, absolutely fantastic customer service from them. However, the rooms themselves could do with a bit of TLC. Again, I can only praise the fantastic customer service at front desk.
