The room was clean, the bed comfy. Ten minute brisk walk from the train station and a stocked, small but clean kitchen provided. The only issue is the other guests, it was fine the first night, but there were people stamping around and chatting from 11pm until 2am and with no staff on site there's nothing you can do. So if it had better sound deadening, it would be a 5star

Stayed 23rd May for my birthday in room 6. On arrival the bins had not been emptied, towels wet and dirty from previous people and bed not changed. Phoned the number but no answer abd left message but no one got back. Spoke to other people staying there who said their rooms were perfect. Really spoilt my weekend. Wont go back but would have done if room was as it should have been.

Room was quite small. Fine for one or two nights. The location was great, super super convenient. The overwhelming issue was the unbearable noise level from other guests. You could hear every conversation from most rooms. Every door opening or closing. We unfortunately had someone VERY loudly moaning explicitly for hours. Being awoken at 8am to the sound of someone’s personal activities is not something I’d recommend others experience. If some sound proofing was added somehow I would 100% recommend but until then, I can’t suggest anyone stay there if you want to sleep or feel like you have the privacy to have a low level conversation without everyone hearing.
