Love this place, my only peeve and even then I get it, I had a flight from Manchester so no brekkie for me at 7am. Staff are always fab and I can park, room is comfy and clean, what more do you need for a place to lay your head. And when you get one, breakfast is brilliant, filling and neverending. Value for money is incredible. Next visit to the Granddaughter, I'll be there!

The hotels are old built which is a good thing They are very very well maintained for their age Not to mention the rooms are very big and spacious. Their bathrooms are also decently sized. They don’t have many places to hang your cloths inside other than that it’s good Not to mention the view is realllyyy good like you can see the whole of Preston if your room is on the upper floors. Definitely recommend

Spot on from the minute I got there. Stayed two nights with my 15 year old son who didn't complain once,that says everything! Friendly staff, everything explained clearly. Room (twin) was comfortable and clean,bathroom great size with a bath,really hot water and good pressure for the shower. Breakfast had more than enough choice with quantity and quality. Never used the car once parked here,everything we needed was walking distance(again 15 year old boy with me) Definitely recommend and would use again

Nice enough hotel. A little tired without aircon but the bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. The service was really good. I was here on business and was made to feel very welcome
