I stay here when I visit uni (mature student), 2 weeks every quarter and it is lovely. I have tried a number of rooms each beautifully decorated and always clean. Jar of sweets in the room is a lovely touch too. Beds are comfy, I’ve never had any temperate issues, clean towels and it’s quiet. Check in information has always been promptly received giving clear instructions for access.

The room was spotlessly clean, with an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed, ensuring a relaxing stay. Thoughtful little touches like sweets, fresh milk, coffee, and tea added a warm and welcoming feel. Overall, there was nothing to dislike—a truly pleasant and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Over the past six months, I've been staying at Winckley Stays, and I must say it's one of the best accommodations I've stayed in the UK. The value for money really is unmatched, as well as the customer service. The attention to detail is amazing. Other places give you the bare minimum and try to squeeze your wallet with extra fees for 'cleaning' or a deposit . More than once, I've been upgraded to better rooms at no extra cost. However, every single room I've been has given me everything I need so my stay is pleasant. Thank you for actually caring for your customers and always being so friendly and professional.

Stayed here recently. The room was beautiful. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. My only mark against the place was 1 how hot the room was considering it was ground floor and no heating on and secondly how stained the chairs at the table were. Very unexpected from this company as I have stayed with them multiple times and rooms have always been spotless.
