What visitors say
I had a fantastic experience and consider your IMAX screen to be the best I have visited, second only to the BFI IMAX. The generous legroom, comfortable seating, and impressive audiovisual setup make the one-hour journey to your location well worth the effort. I particularly wanted to commend your staff for being so professional and welcoming. It was excellent to see team members entering the screen three or four times during the film to monitor for noise or disruptive behavior. This level of oversight ensured that everyone could enjoy the film they paid for, which I truly appreciated given that this has been an issue at other cinemas recently. The cinema was clean and well-kept, and the fabric recliners in the regular screens are a great addition. While the experience was largely positive, I would like to suggest two areas for improvement. First, the temperature inside the screen was uncomfortably high; I would appreciate it if the air conditioning or ventilation could be increased for future screenings. Additionally, as a suggestion for the facility, I believe converting the ScreenX offering into a 4DX screen would be a significant upgrade for your guests. Thank you for providing such a vibrant atmosphere and a great day out within the shopping mall. I look forward to my next visit.

Probably the best recliner seats I’ve sat in! Cinema was clean and the female bathrooms were also well kept! Laser screen was fantastic too. Happy with my visit.. would definitely return.

I recently visited the IMAX Cineworld cinema to watch Avatar in the 4DX XScreen format. The overall experience was excellent. The screen quality, sound system, and visual clarity were outstanding and truly immersive, making it a great venue for blockbuster movies. The 4DX effects were impressive and well-synchronized with the film; however, I personally don’t prefer the 4DX experience, as it can be a bit distracting at times. That said, this is purely a personal preference and not a reflection of the quality, which was executed very well. Aside from that, everything else from the seating comfort to the atmosphere and overall presentation was amazing. I would highly recommend IMAX Cineworld for anyone looking for a premium cinematic experience, especially fans of large-scale, visually spectacular films.

Amazing experience! We had a bit of time before our room was ready and we saw that Project Hail Mary runs at the cinema, so we thought - let's spend that time well. My feedback so far: • the staff - very kind and helpful! • the chairs are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. Like wow. I thought I will take a nap when I sat in them, but the movie really kept us in. Lots of space and a table to keep your drinks&food on. • the popcorn is perfect - not too salted as usually is in cinemas. • commercials a bit long, but well, we had time.
