Bridge Cottage

Bridge Cottage is a recently completed house in the Scottish Borders, built with holiday stays in mind. The entire property is yours alone, set on the edge of Earlston village with countryside around it. Everything happens on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with a woodburner, an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles), and a shower room. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, including a dishwasher. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, plus the first load of wood for the stove.

An enclosed garden provides space for children and dogs, and there is bike storage on site. A pub is within a mile, while Earlston itself has several places to eat and drink. The cottage works equally well for a couple wanting seclusion or a small family needing a break. Practical access to the wider region matters here: Edinburgh is about an hour's drive away, Tweedbank railway station is three miles off, and a local bus stop is a five-minute walk. No smoking is requested throughout the property.
