Grooms Bothy

The bothy is a compact, self-contained space on one level, with two double bedrooms, a shower room, and a combined living, dining and kitchen area. There's a wood burner for evenings, underfloor heating throughout, and the practical essentials—dishwasher, oven, hob and a washer dryer—so you can cook properly or travel light. One dog stays free and can use the 8-acre grounds (kept on a lead, as this is a working farm). The owners provide initial logs for the burner, bed linen, towels and wifi; electricity and heating are included.

If you have your own horse, stabling and grazing can be arranged for a small fee. The property suits couples, small families, or anyone wanting genuine quiet without isolation. No smoking indoors.
