We went here before our escape room. We were early as wanted to not be late but turned up 25 mins early. They were very busy - but they cleared a table & accommodated us. 1st visit...Good 1st impression. They have lots of games to choose from - its hard to pick 1 or 2 - They all look so good! We went for a card game - obvs not a standard card game. This place isn't quiet - everyone is locked in at their tables engrossed in the game they have chosen. We ordered food - menu is very snack orientated ie wraps tortillas ...not a chip in sight though. I had their chicken wrap - it came with salad and a brown almost chocolate sauce (looked like brown poop if im honest - sorry guys ) but it was some kind of dressing and tasted ok. Its was about £10.50 ... for city centre food with service i suppose its about right. When I went downstairs to the toilet - I actually thought id started my escape room challenge 😅 its a bit creepy - underground vibes and if im honest it's a bit damp smelly but its got no ventilation so its understandable. We really enjoyed ourselves - 2 adults 2 teenagers. The bill was around £75 food, drinks & game play. We parked in the evening so managed to find a zoned space outside the time restrictions. I had a pina colada milkshake with a shot of white rum - it was really nice- wish id of had a large as a regular is a small glass & it went quickly! Service was exceptional 👌 we were well informed and no mistakes 👏 👍

I adore the atmosphere here, it's really cosy and comfortable. Went here as a group and found some board games we really love to the point where we've bought the games online. Small selection of food options, but you're here for the games to be honest. The cherry milkshake is lovely and the cakes are really good. Would love to come back

Lovely people, good coffee, more board games than you can imagine. Slightly wobbly table made our game a bit trickier than it needed to be. Well appointed and good layout, definitely coming back. Great place to try boardgames out. Cover charge on tables.
