What diners say
A little loud, but honestly, it’s just how I like it. The food is incredible and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I loved their take on the kibbeh nayyeh and batata harra. They have a great drink selection and always choose the best pairings

**Edit** I came here again Friday 20th March after work with a friend and we both loved it 🥰. Cam and his colleagues were once again so friendly! Please bring back the aubergine feta dish 😍😍! I came here on Friday (September 2025) after work, just as they opened and was warmly greeted by of the waiters, Cam. In conclusion, everything was great! The food, the service and the wine I had was amazing! 😍 The dish that really stood out for me was the aubergine with feta, honey and walnuts. It completely surprised me with how good it was. The combination of salty feta, sweet honey, crunchy walnuts and soft aubergine was perfect, and the leafy greens added a nice freshness too. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and Cam in particular was kind and professional. He even ran across the street to bring me my jacket when I had forgotten it, which I really appreciated. I’m definitely coming back soon! 😍😍 P.s. not wheelchair accessible but staff were really lovely and accommodating, seated me near the window so I could look at my chair 😊.

Visited for the first time based on Jay Rayner's glowing Guardian review from August 2022. Unfortunately, the restaurant we experienced seemed very different from the one described in that review. Many of the more imaginative and elaborate dishes mentioned no longer appear on the menu, and prices seem to have risen dramatically since then. The food was pleasant enough, but lacked the sophistication and creativity I had expected. The hummus was excellent and appears to be one of the few dishes that has survived from the earlier menu. Beyond that, the offering felt fairly simple. There were also several charges that were not immediately obvious, including £5 for bread with the hummus, water presented as compliementary and a charitable contribution. Our bill came to £115 for four relatively simple small dishes, one dessert and two rather weak Negronis. I was also disappointed that there was no coffee (Lebanese or otherwise) or mint tea available. I can only assume this is intended to discourage customers from lingering after their meal. Looking at menus posted online, prices appear to have increased significantly even over the past few months. My impression is that this may once have been a very good-value, highly regarded neighbourhood restaurant, which is reflected in many of the older reviews. However, based on my visit, those ratings no longer seem representative of the current experience.

A friend of mine invited me to this restaurant and I loved it. From the first moment you step in, you feel welcomed, and the staff are approachable, friendly, and willing to help. The food is sensational — generous portions cooked to perfection. The décor is also very stylish. We dined at the bar, and everything and everyone was fantastic. I suffer from food allergies, and the team completely took that into account. I can't wait to take my husband there, especially after my friend explained the story of the place. I truly love it!

They also mention the warm and vibrant atmosphere, along with the excellent wine selection. Guests consistently praise the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff.
