We recently stayed for 3 nights to visit Legoland. The hotel is excellently placed for this, an easy 10 min drive. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning was a god send in this heatwave. All the staff, from reception to waiting staff were very polite and friendly. Joy, in the hotel restaurant, is particularly friendly and helpful, greeting us each morning with a smile and made our son's stay special by chatting with him and bringing him pancakes and juice to the table which made his day :) Car parking was reasonably priced and we never struggled to find a space. The hotel is a little dated in places, but overall still very pleasing and good value. The bedroom had everything we needed and was quiet. Unfortunately the pool area was out of action but we hope to visit again when it isn't. I would recommend this hotel for families visiting the local area.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The reception staff went out of their way to help with recommendations and bookings. The room had a great view and was spotless. The bar downstairs had a nice atmosphere in the evening. Highly recommended.

Room was really nice. It was a family room. Very clean and we had a view of windsor castle which was another great touch. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and Kiran from Guest Relations made our guest so special. The way she checked us in and greeted us all (wife, kids and I) was so awesome. Housekeeping efforts are worth appreciating as well as the room was so clean and crisp. Overall our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was included so we saw Restaurant staff as well and they were very polite and greeted us in a very nice way.

I loved it. All the staff were so friendly and genuinely interested in everyone as individuals. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. It was a joy to have a bath rather than just a shower. I would definitely recommend it. Food was delicious too. I can't fault it. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make our stay the best it could be.
