Old Orchard Barn - The Annexe is a single-bedroom conversion in Somerset's Blackdown Hills, equipped for self-catering couples who want everything ready to use. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with an electric wood burner and Smart TV, a separate dining zone, and a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, all on the ground floor. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, along with a welcome pack and complimentary treats for any visiting dog.

The bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite shower, heated towel rail and toilet. Outside, a private garden with seating and barbecue overlooks rolling fields. The property has access to a private 10m by 5m swimming pool open from 10am to 4pm between May and September, and guests can use the shared tennis court. One car can park on site. The setting puts you in walking and cycling country on the Somerset, Devon and Dorset border, yet the A303 is within easy reach. Smoking is not permitted, and this is let to couples only.
