The Firs Lodge is a single-storey property in Bishopswood village, within the Blackdown Hills National Landscape. Everything you need for self-catering is here: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all included, and there is parking for one car on site.
The lodge contains one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The main living space is open-plan, combining lounge and dining area with a smart TV and electric fire. Doors lead to an enclosed patio garden with furniture and sitting space. One dog can stay free of charge. No smoking is permitted indoors.
The Candlelight pub lies nearby. The Blackdown Hills offer footpaths and country lanes for walking and cycling, and the wider Somerset countryside is readily accessible for exploration.
