The property sits within the Cambridge Country Club estate, eight miles west of Cambridge near Royston. That membership means access to a gym, indoor pool and spa facilities, plus an 18-hole championship golf course if that appeals. The village of Bourn itself has a traditional character, a landmark windmill, and walking routes through open countryside nearby. The setting is quiet and rural rather than bustling. No smoking is permitted inside. Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am.
