306 Norton Park is a ground-floor chalet on a residential site within easy reach of Dartmouth. Two bedrooms—one double, one with twin singles—and a shower room mean it works well for small families or two couples. The living and dining areas share one space, and the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge for cooking proper meals rather than relying on takeaways. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there's on-site parking and central heating to take the edge off cooler days.

The location sits far enough from the bustle of Dartmouth town centre to feel quiet, yet close enough that shops, pubs and restaurants are within a short drive—roughly 2 miles away. Blackpool Sands beach is 3¾ miles off. For days out, the Royal Naval College and several National Trust properties are nearby, and Woodlands Theme Park lies about 3 miles south. One dog is welcome to stay. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
