Chalet Peace

Chalet Peace stands on extensive grounds in South Hams, a short drive from Dartmouth. The property is accessed via a footpath and sits within a larger holiday park, giving you a sense of seclusion while remaining close to the coast. Everything happens on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with an electric fire, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a shower room. One well-behaved dog can stay at no extra cost, though it must remain on a lead. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are all included, and there is parking for one car on site.

The 22 acres of communal grounds belong to the holiday park and are maintained throughout. From here, the beaches of Bigbury-on-Sea and Batham are roughly 25 minutes' drive away, while Dartmouth itself is nearby for riverside walks and water-based activities. Salcombe and the English Riviera's attractions—Brixham, Paignton pier and beyond—are also within reach. Smoking is not permitted inside. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
