Sunnydaze

Sunnydaze is a modern chalet built on one level, making it straightforward to move around. The open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining area and sitting room together, with a smart TV and electric fire for cooler evenings. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—share access to separate shower rooms, each with heated towel rails. The first bedroom has its own ensuite. Everything needed for self-catering is in place: a full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer; wi-fi throughout; bed linen and towels; and a coin meter for electricity. A front garden with seating faces out from the chalet, and there is parking for one car on site.

The property sits on Norton Park, a short drive from Dartmouth. The town itself—roughly two miles away—has shops, restaurants and pubs clustered along the harbour, though the nearest are about half a mile and two miles from the chalet. Blackpool Sands beach lies under four miles off. From here you can reach the Royal Naval College, Greenway House and other National Trust properties within easy reach, or venture further to Woodlands Theme Park. The Round Robin tour, using different transport between local towns, works well as a day out. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
