Swallowdale

Swallowdale is a three-bedroom house sleeping seven, set in South Norfolk near Hethersett and Tas Cricket Club. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom—the first with a shower cubicle, the second and third with baths and showers over—and the property includes Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels. There is parking for two cars on site, and a garden with seating and a barbecue.

The ground floor holds a living room with a smart TV and electric fire, a kitchen and dining room with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a conservatory that opens onto the garden. The conservatory overlooks the Tas Valley. Upstairs, the first floor contains two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a double—and the second floor has a bedroom with three single beds. A travel cot and highchair are available, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The property suits family groups and couples on holiday. The immediate area offers local walks and cycle routes including the Boudicca Way, and Norwich with its theatres, castle museum and cathedral is within reach. No smoking is permitted.
