Our stay at No.4 Carlton was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the cleanliness was truly impeccable. The breakfast served next door at Maison Carlton is a real treat and one of the highlights of the stay. Everything was exceptionally fresh, from the croissants and seasonal fruit to the freshly prepared juices. There was an excellent selection of jams, a beautifully cooked Full English breakfast, and delicious freshly made coffee. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality felt effortless yet thoughtful, always available when needed while allowing guests to feel completely at home. The team clearly takes great pride in providing a high standard of service, and it shows in every interaction. No.4 Carlton offers the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Southampton.

We had an excellent stay at No.4 Carlton Hotel in Southampton. This boutique hotel is beautifully designed, with amazing décor and exceptional attention to detail throughout. The rooms and facilities feel luxurious, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect, whether you're heading to the cruise terminals or exploring Southampton city centre. What really made our stay special was the outstanding service from the staff, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a great selection of high-quality food and excellent service. A fantastic boutique hotel that we would highly recommend and would happily stay at again.

We have just stayed at the No4 Carlton Hotel Dahlia room this weekend and this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The customer service was brilliant. The room was stunning and extremely clean with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and had excellent amenities. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was also stunning. We will For sure be back next time we visit southampton and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the most amazing stay!

May 2026 - Fortunate to stay at No.4 Carlton for 3 nights prior to my cruise vacation. Accommodation was very nice and breakfast at the sister property -just next door- was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
