Open plan space with great lighting and temperature, nicely decorated for the xmas season. Service was exceptional as always. The starter of pumpkin soup was lacking taste but the Sunday roast was perfect. Big portion sizes, meat cooked to perfection, hispi cabbage and roots mash were really tasty and the Yorkshires were huge. I personally think that the roast potatoes as well as the mashed veg was a bit too much and I would opt for less of them next time. Desert was also really nice. Scoops of mousse with hints of citrus sprinkled with raspberries atop ice cream and sorbet really refreshes the palate after a heavy roast. Would definitely recommend for the Sunday roast and will definitely go back.

Great service, food is average, set lunch was good value. We got chicken wings it’s quite salty, fish bites were great but the tartare sauce not so good. For main steak was nice came with good chips and sauce. Sea bream was just ok taste fishy. Brownie was amazing. The sundae was big. We love the cocktails but too pricy for small glass but we got complimentary drinks with the set. It’s my Birthday so we got complimentary scoop of ice cream which was excellent

Very nice service, drinks and food. Cocktails were lovely! I wish starters were of similar sizes - some were smaller/bigger than others and it can be a little awkward if you're sharing. Maybe they could he some sharing options? Beef Wellington was lovely but it is expensive for 2 people - would be nice to be able to pick 2/3 sides of your choice to go with it. But the taste was great and I recommend for a treat.

I went to try this Gordon Ramsay restaurant as I regularly walk by. I ordered a steak and ale pie, and for dessert a sticky toffee pudding. I found the steak and ale pie quite good with good crust and tender beef chunks, even though the serving of mash was a bit light. The dessert was quite good, rich and sweet. Overall I think it was a good experience, but not exceptional and I probably won't keep a lasting memory of that dinner, even though that place is quite fun to spend the night.

Some reviews mention the food can be underwhelming.
