Great old fashioned flat top boozer still going in london, amazing staff and good choice of typical pub grub menu. Prices are standard and food is tasty and worth a visit. Will definitely be back.

A unique find in London. Was visiting friends in nearby Borough Market and we stumbled across this gem by chance. Sat outside to enjoy the sunshine whist enjoying a few G&T's. We ordered 3 small plates all of which were really tasty. Met the boss, John who was super friendly and spent time chatting with us. Lots of people around, all different age mixes and it just worked. A beautiful friday afternoon spent at a beautiful pub. Worth a visit. 10/10

This was my third visit to the pub, its starting to become a tradition to pop in when I am in London. I love the traditional feel about it, a proper local pub a short walk away from borough market. The food & guinness has been good and reasonably priced, the staff we've met, Alison, Elise & Mags have always been friendly. John, the pub landlord has a great sense of humour! I Look forward to my next visit.

What a pub! Old school/retro vibes - a blast from the past. Super friendly service by John and Mags who we met both times on our visits here. Great selection of Gins and even got to try a new flavour that I hadn't had before! Recommend the Hunters Chicken that was really good.
