Best experience ever Special fish and chips with that champagne sauce and shrimp cocktail is the things to go for! Try Mezcaloco too from start to finish 🤤 Aww and I forgot to mention tacos 🌮 damn ..

Our recent Christmas meal booking at your restaurant, which was extremely disappointing given the price paid and the expectations associated with both the time of year and your location. We booked a table for 12 people for a Christmas meal priced at £60 per head, with an additional 20% service charge applied. Unfortunately, two members of our party were unable to attend due to flu. Despite having already paid the required deposits, we were informed that we were still required to pay in full for all 12 meals, with the explanation being that the restaurant was very busy. This was particularly frustrating, as throughout our entire visit there were no more than four tables occupied. The experience itself was poor from start to finish. The beer initially served had a noticeably off taste, which the manager agreed with. We were informed that the alternative beer we requested was the same, and were instead offered Peroni, which was also priced 50p higher. This situation alone reflects a lack of quality control and customer consideration. The food was the most disappointing aspect of the evening. It was clear that the meals had been pre-prepared and reheated, and the potatoes were unquestionably frozen. Given the cost of the meal, the London location, and the fact this was advertised as a three-course Christmas meal, the quality was far below an acceptable standard. I have attached a photograph of the potatoes to illustrate the level of food served; the quality was comparable to that of a budget pub chain and entirely inappropriate for the price paid. To add further insult, the 20% service charge was applied to every meal, including the two meals for guests who were unable to attend. During the meal, no member of staff checked whether we were enjoying our food or if everything was satisfactory. The overall atmosphere suggested that both the bar staff and the manager were disengaged and unhappy, which further detracted from the experience. This was meant to be a festive occasion and instead turned into a significant disappointment for the entire group

Good lunch experience! The chicken skewers were flavorful and a good start to the meal. The rainbow bowl was light and refreshing. The toffee pudding was decent. It wasn’t the most flavorful, but I liked the crisp caramelization on the edges.

The food was delicious however the music was so loud you couldn't hear what anyone was saying, even after asking that the music be turned down. The servers and staff definitely get 5 stars, they pay attention to details and make every guest feel welcome.
