What diners say
I ordered a starter and a main. First came the main, when I asked why, they said is like that because they don’t follow the table rules, ok then, I drank the soup it was salty, tried again and was still salty, I told about it to one of the waitress, she answered; Do you want more broth ? I said but the soup is salty what is going to change if you get me more broth? She add, water then, would you like some hot water? I didn’t know what to say as I wouldn’t have thought of that solution, I was not in my house I was in a restaurant, were they should have immediately been toke this salty soup from my table and apologised, instead they were offering more water to fix the problem myself, I said ok, and I poor it but i realised it was inedible as the noodles were the one salty and I just put the dish aside and began to eat the starter that have a chilli sauce, even when I told the waiter who toke my order that I don’t like to eat chilly / hot stuff , so I don’t understand why I told her my preferences as in the end they will do whatever they want and don’t listen to the customer options! At the end they toke away the soup of my bill; i did not want to be hungry so i order a dumplings also and guess what? The sauce also has chilli and nobody told me that when i choose them as I was telling at the beginning i don’t want anything with chilli. At the end i giving this place 1 stars only because my drink was perfect.

I have visited this location many times in the past few years when I visit London, Over the years, Wagamama has made many changes to their manu and the company itself was sold. These days the menu seems larger, however many of the items are the same item with a minor change to create several items from one. The old dessert menu had a few items, That has greatly expanded. I always like the Chicken Katsu Curry. Its one of their most popular items and its quite filling. They used to offer Pork Gyoza, but now its only chicken. Somehow the gyoza dont seem as tasty as the pork ones in the past. They have many Ramen dishes and they also offer vegetarian options. You can order hot green tee free of charge. Things can get a little hectic as you may work with different servers to help you. The fried banana dessert with ice cream is a good one , and has always been on the menu as long as I can remember. Prices are more than fair for London. Wagamama tends to have good hours and offers delivery. I will say if possibly try to east in as the food is better once it comes right out. Thety continue to be a good reliable restuarant with many locations in London. The one by Tower Bridge has some nice scenery. They can be a noisy places as well. This is right next to Tate modern art gallery, so its a great choice for those visiting there.

My family and I went there for a small evening meal to end our first day in London. We shared one dish between two people and they were delicious! The service was super fast and greatly understanding of my gluten allergy. Lots of options and a separate gluten free menu are available.

Not expecting too much and was pleasantly surprised. The Pad Thai was not the typical Thai version but was tasty in itself. Food overall was good, with a good variety to choose from. Our server, James, was very sweet and helpful. We had specifically requested for non-chicken in our dishes. 1 of the dishes came back incorrect and James made sure to make us feel comfortable while waiting for the dish replacement. Amazing staff makes the dining experience amazing!

Diners like this restaurant's delicious and fresh food, including ramen, yakisoba, and chicken katsu curry, with many vegetarian and gluten-free options. They also highlight the fast service, fair prices, and accommodating staff who handle allergy concerns well.
Some reviews mention the food can be overpriced.
