What diners say
Amazing seafood platter with very fresh UK seafood. Everything tasted clean and high quality. The Oyster Rockefeller was especially delicious—definitely a must-try. Great beer selection and friendly service. Perfect spot if you want a comfortable sit-down meal. The chef Amid at the oyster bar was super nice and even showed us how to properly eat oysters with a spoon—such a great experience! Will definitely come back.

I went to this oyster restaurant and the lady who welcomed us was so warm and friendly. The oysters were absolutely delicious and different from those I’ve had at other restaurants, fresh, tasty and really enjoyable. The staff took the time to explain all the different oysters to us, which made the experience even better. I love oysters, and I will definitely be back!

came here for the £1 a pop oysters deal and it was really good! served in ice and with lemon wedges, what a delicious seafood treat. We also ordered the fish soup, which was incredibly tasty, and reminded me of tomato and sardines as well. Not too sure what exactly the fish soup was, as the staff just replied it was a fish stock. The bread was crispy and paired well with the soup. Perfect for a cold chilly day. When making the booking, we had specifically requested for a non-counter seat, and asked for a table seat. However, upon reaching the place, even though we were on time for our reservation, we were ushered to a counter seat, which was cramped and harder to share our oysters. They sat us right in front of the stairs to the toilets, which was also right beside the cashier booth, so we had people bumping into us as we ate. 5 stars for the food, but service not as much.

It's one of the famous restaurants on the street where Borough Market is located, and it deserves its reputation 😋 I didn't try the oyster, the person who ate it seemed happy with it 🙂 Two of the six guests were from England, and the other four were from different parts of Ireland. We had a feast with our ceviche and bread. Our other guest opted for fish & chips, and we devoured the delicious fries he couldn't eat – they were amazing! ❣️😋 Because of time constraints and trying to eat in moderation, we couldn't try different dishes, but I'm sure everything from that kitchen is delicious. We were also very pleased with our wine. Highly recommended. Reservations seem to be necessary after 4:30 PM because at that time there's a rush of white-collar workers from the surrounding office buildings, meeting up with friends at nearby restaurants before heading home.
