We came here for a work dinner and ended up having a genuinely lovely evening. We started with a dry meat and cheese board and a burrata that was fresh and creamy. For the mains, we tried a few different dishes: the rigatoni with saffron, the linguine with crab, and the highlight of the night—the traditional Sardinian fregola with seafood. That one really stood out. We shared a mixed grill for the secondo and finished with a classic tiramisu. As good as the food was, the atmosphere is what really makes the place special. The room feels cosy and warm, with an understated elegance that makes you want to settle in. We loved the paintings, the furniture, and the shelves full of books—it gives the restaurant a personality rather than just a décor theme. Even the table setup felt thoughtful and refined. The prices are slightly higher than your average restaurant, but it genuinely feels justified. The quality of the food, the wine selection, the presentation, and the overall atmosphere make it worth it. A place you’d happily return to for a relaxed but refined evening.

Went here yesterday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The feel of the place is ambient, the lighting soft and dim, the decor intentional. We were attended to by cordial staff. We had the charcuterie, the cured meat is very appetising and the cheese alongside it is scrumptious. The prawn and aubergine parmigiana evoked that Italian comfort you’d like after a long weekend. For my main I had the grilled swordfish, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The wine pairing (given the array of Italian selection) takes the meal to another level. Would come back for sure. If you’re looking for that intimate setting and great food this is one to visit. A quiet dainty place a few steps away from the hustle bustle of Liverpool street

Wonderful lunch option. Fantastic food, great atmosphere, attentive and polite service. Our pasta was delicious and cooked to perfection. And the bread too yummy to resist.
