About Atlantic Heights Guest House

St Ives has long drawn visitors for its beaches, art galleries and winding harbourside streets, and Atlantic Heights Guest House sits among them on Ocean View Terrace, a short stretch from the town's main attractions. It's a well-kept guesthouse with a reputation for bright, well-presented rooms and genuine sea views from many of them, giving it more character than the average bed and breakfast.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, family options for those travelling with children, and drinks provided in-room, while free WiFi covers the property throughout. Breakfast is included and served each morning, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for relaxing when the weather allows. Reception operates around the clock, and free on-site parking is a practical bonus in a town where space can be tight.

Beyond the guesthouse, St Ives offers walking and cycling routes, watersports, golf and fishing nearby, along with pubs, restaurants and entertainment within easy reach. It suits those wanting a comfortable base close to the coast without the fuss of a larger hotel.

I can’t recommend Atlantic Heights Guest House highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The warm welcome immediately made us feel at home, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was outstanding. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning a joy. Breakfast was provided free of charge, with a lovely selection of cornish milk, cereals, biscuits, butter, and coffee - simple but perfect to start the day. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even better. One of the absolute highlights was the view! From the guest house, you can enjoy a breath taking outlook across the coastline and sea. Waking up to such scenery every morning was unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The location is ideal - just a short 5 minute walk to the beach - peaceful yet close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations, and we left feeling relaxed and very well looked after. The hosts truly go out of their way to make guests feel at home. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Atlantic Heights Guest House to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and excellent-value stay. Atlantic Heights Guest House is truly exceptional, and we can’t wait to return. A hidden gem that deserves more than five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ovi, Tina and Briana.

Mighty Blackout

Tucked away on a quiet road, Atlantic Heights has outstanding views of the ocean and the greatest sunsets you could wish for. Excellent value for money, the hotel is clean and well presented. The staff are friendly and happy to give advice on local routes and amenities, and the freshly cooked breakfast from local ingredients is an excellent start to each day. Will definitely stay again.

Wow what a prime location! On arrival we had a very friendly welcome from Mary. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Due the the current situation we didn't have breakfast but they went over and above to provide us with enough to cater for ourselves. ( The homemade jam was devine) There aren't words to describe the views from the bay window!! We will definitely be returning
