I did not stay the the hotel, but I booked to have dinner with my wife and sister after looking at the reviews online. The staff were friendly and helpful to a degree. It seems to be a lack of communication between the staff and the portion sizes of the food was not generous, especially the "Big Mac" however I though the pizza was very good. They ran out of scallops, which was disappointing. But the oysters made up for that.

Remarkably clean ,tidy and fresh. Well equipped with all that is required for a pleasant stay. If required you can also take your four legged friend with you,but you need to agree on this when making your booking. I was with my beautiful wife of many years so decided it was just the two of us. We both felt comfortable and relaxed in this well equipped apartment

Easily our favourite restaurant in St Ives! The food and drinks are an absolute delight - so many unique and delicious textures and flavours that complement one another perfectly. We enjoyed the best Sunday dinner we've ever had right here! Then there's the lovely owner and his fantastic staff, who always offer a warm welcome and provide excellent service from start to finish. And we have to mention the ambiance and decor. The building has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated throughout. All this and its dog friendly too! The perfect place to eat, stay and enjoy your favourite tipple. We LOVE it!

Visited Host about a month ago…early evening, five of us. Excellent pizzas and very tasty side chips. My pizza contained béchamel sauce and truffle which I wasn’t sure about to start with but it was fabulous! Front of house staff ( young girl and guy ) were very attentive and knowledgeable. Lovely meal, will return 😁
