Mill Lea Cottage

Mill Lea Cottage is a detached house with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, opening onto a dining area with breakfast bar. Downstairs also has a sitting room with woodburner, a games room with pool table and dartboard, and a shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize, a double, and a twin. The family bathroom upstairs has both a bath and walk-in shower. The rear garden has seating and a barbecue, and there is parking for five cars on site. The cottage stands in open countryside with views across fields; a stream runs along the bottom of the garden. No smoking is permitted.

The location sits near the edge of the Peak National Park, within reach of the Churnet Valley and Derbyshire dales for walking and cycling. Leek and Ashbourne are 10 to 20 minutes' drive away, and Alton Towers theme park is about 15 minutes by car.
