Aberfoyle Apartment 2 - Birch occupies the ground floor of a converted Victorian guest house, meaning everything—bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space—sits on one level. You get a double bed in one room with an ensuite shower, two single beds in the other with their own ensuite, plus a separate shower room. The open-plan living area merges kitchen and dining space, and there's a south-facing patio at the front and shared garden where you can sit outside. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, so you can cook properly rather than just reheat. A shared laundry room on site has a washing machine. Off-road parking for two cars comes with the property.
The village of Aberfoyle sits in the heart of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, surrounded by forest and hill walking country. Within a few minutes' walk are coffee shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire. The area is known for its walking and cycling routes through the forests, and harder peaks like Ben A'An, Ben Venue and Ben Lomond are within a short drive. Loch Ard offers water sports; Go Ape is nearby; there's an 18-hole golf course in the village. A bus service runs to Glasgow, with seasonal connections to Callander. The property does not allow smoking.
