Aberfoyle sits on the edge of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, surrounded by forest, hills and lochs that draw walkers, cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts throughout the year. The village itself has cafes, restaurants, bike hire and a central location within an hour of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Holly is one of four apartments converted from a former guest house, occupying its own ground floor with direct access and private parking for one car.

The layout keeps everything on one level: a combined living and kitchen area opens to a spacious double bedroom, with a shower room between them. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A shared utility room with a washing machine sits outside. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property suits two people and does not permit smoking. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Beyond the apartment, there is plenty to explore. Ben A'an, Ben Venue and Ben Lomond are within short drives for hill walking.
