Bridge Park

Bridge Park began life as a croft, converted in the 1960s into a family home. Today it stands as a detached cottage set within its own expansive, sunny garden—mostly lawn with mature trees and shrubs that attract wildlife to the bird table. Fields with grazing cattle and sheep surround the property on all sides, and a small burn runs along one edge. The setting is quintessentially rural, yet Killin village lies just half a mile away, making it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and the Falls of Dochart without feeling cut off from civilisation.
Inside, the ground floor holds a lobby with boot room (useful after muddy walks), a large kitchen/dining room equipped for proper cooking with space for six at the table, and a sitting room with an open fire. The family bathroom has a bath with shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link kingsize (convertible to two singles) plus a single bed, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. The cottage sleeps five in total. Essentials including electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are provided; oil central heating keeps things warm in cooler months.
A lockable stone outbuilding stores bicycles, fishing tackle and garden kit. The cottage suits families or small groups wanting space and countryside quiet. One pet is welcome at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside. Killin's outdoor shop can arrange bicycle and canoe hire, and fishing permits are available locally.
